    Try and stay calm. You could contact your local Citizens Advice for help or if you'd like some personal help with your review form, it may be worth speaking to a local benefits adviser. Turn2Us - AdviceFinder has a search tool to find someone local to you.

    @cookiecookie97 Point taken! Do you have a copy of your last form that can help you? Or just fill out part of the form per day? Please fill out the form like a new claim, don't just say no change. You can do this, set a time in a quiet room and do as much as you can and leave it until the next day. Describe how you struggle per descriptor and actual examples help, when you last tried to do that task and what happened. Another member was struggling like you and that is how they completed the form.

    Heya @cookiecookie97 as Trevor has rightly said, it's best to fill the review forms in as if you were making a brand new claim for PIP. Doing a bit at a time is a good plan too, I just did one section when I had the energy, so it took me about a week to do, but I knew it was at least done properly that way. :)

    And as Trevor said, focus on the descriptors you think you will score points on, then break them down so they're all answered in the same way;

    "I have problems doing x, because y, which has causes z. Therefore I feel I should be awarded x points. "

    Remember if you cannot do something repeatedly, safely, or in a reasonable time, then you are classed as not being able to do that thing. If possible, be specific with how often you can or cant do something.

    Just as an example of it all put together;

    "Moving around;
    C; I can stand and move more than 20m, but no more than 50m.
    This is due to arthritis in my knees, which means I cannot move more than 50m without being in a lot of pain and cannot do this repeatedly. I have tried before, which led to having to sit down for 10 minutes after the first attempt. Because of this, I believe I should be scored 8 points in this descriptor"

    Just take your time and you'll have it filled in in no time. 😁

    Hello there, you can also ask for an extension from dwp/pip, even if you already been given one, possible they can give some more time. If you haven’t ask worth a try!
