review form different to original form
I've just finished my husband's PIP review form. I chose to type the answers, and I know the drill for attaching/labelling with nino and name.
I didn't realise the review form itself is completely different for the basic questions with tick boxes, the original form was much simpler. I've already answered the questions in my text, so is it ok to tick the boxes accordingly and write please see attached sheets in each space? I hope so or my brain is going to explode!!

Hey @TheCatSays I hope you're doing ok today, despite the brain melting from the DWP forms. They're not the easiest or most logical. If you've typed everything up, ticking and adding "please see attached, page x" will be fine. 😊
