Hi, my name is oasis63! Do I have to go through UC reviews every year?

After going through the anxiety of the UC review and all the messing about getting 4 bank statements and working out how to download them on an antiquated phone 🤣 Will we all have to go through it every year from now on? Or was that just a one off?

I've heard of one or two people having repeat reviews (reasons unknown), but most of us so far have only had one. Mine was September 2023.

Hey @oasis63 welcome to the community!
Well done on getting it all over and done with! As Kimi has said, they seem to be at random, but the only time they tend to happen is when the DWP thinks there's some major discrepancies with the benefits, so you'll be fine for a long while to come I expect.😁1 -
Problem is that I honestly don't know how I fumbled through my phone to get the statements. It must have taken me over a dozen attempts until I finally fluked it.
The review itself was over in 10-15 minutes max and was fine but I was afraid that they might think I was stalling them 🤣. Also, listening to the media and lots of people panicking about it made it a stressful time
