I want to see if I can claim special income support and esa and care allowance from all together I already got care allowance and esa I was told that I can get special income support as well

  I'm afraid I'm not familiar with "special income support".

  If you are referring to Income Support, new claims are no longer possible as IS has been replaced by Universal Credit.
