Please help - UC want me to go to an appointment, I can't leave my home. Any advice?
universal credit are trying to make me go to an appointment to take documents . I don’t even leave my home and don’t see docs unless desperate he rings me and sends out my meds . I’m on ESA support group for PTSD /agorphobia and I’ve always had home visits . I offered to send documents. I thought my migration I’d be protected not bullied into leaving my home my safe place , I’m sat crying 😢 as it’s to much for me . I’d rather have nothing it will make suicidal if they try and enforce this . It’s really cruel as I’ve been like this for years and I can’t believe they trying to enforce this on me . I won’t even answer my door unless I know who is . Please can someone help . I’ve left notes on journal . 😩 thank you for reading

I did my confirmation by giving them details from my passport and driver's license, dunno whether you have that option?

Hi I have my birth certificate and rent card etc and other bits as ID . They just messaged back on my journal saying see if can help another way . I hope so as I’m sat in tears I had to fight years ago for my esa and I got put in support group enhanced and they tell you when migrating be smooth etc . Yet how is it when they making me go through this . Also saying may need to check my health . Are they joking I told them it will make me suicidal I don’t have mental strength to go through it . 😩

If your ID hasn't been verified they won't yet know you are migrating and automatically entitled to LCWRA (the UC equivalent of ESA Support Group).
The message about checking your health is because all the system knows at the moment is you reported a health condition when applying.
You will not need to submit a Fit Note or undergo any medical assessments due to migration.
Once your ID has been verified they will ask ESA to confirm your previous award. Once that's all been processed you will have LCWRA added to your UC award.

Basically , I was sexually assaulted . And last month police stormed my place looking for a previous tenant. And it’s took me back and triggered me as they never helped me years ago even though I won my case . But also this universal credit stuff I just find appalling. Like it’s mad how they don’t have your information when I’ve had esa for years enhanced . I don’t even go to see my doctor he rings me . Don’t get me wrong probs gets frustrated with me as I need full health check . But unless I’m on a stretcher I ain’t going ! I get my meds posted to me . But the things at min which I find triggering so I’m drinking bad . When I was recovering kinda . I say recovering I never will I manage , but when I spiral I spiral . Not a poor me post , so stressed , sad and anxious and fed up with it . Being made to feel like a beg . I had a good career and due to assault that’s it over . My solicitor won my case but the police acted appalling.
