What exactly is gaslighting ?

Is it classed as abuse?

    Yep it's abuse and has been acknowledged by the high court as such too

    Gaslighting is a type of emotional or psychological abuse

    If you google 'examples of gaslighting' it has a range of examples as it's quite broad!

    Is everythig okay?? Do you feel like you're being gaslit?

    Abuse can happen in any relationship- partner, family, friends, work colleagues, neighbours etc.
