Pip reassment

hi all
just received text after submitting my form in March
This will be my third one in 6 years, up in September.
First was face to face got standard for both
2nd was a call, got enhanced mobility
They got all original info plus some new stuff as health has got worse
It’s maximus doing the review, anyone dealt with them before? What were they like?
is this a standard text?
Are they going to do more face to face assesments, as gov wanted this
Text:
This is a message from Health Assessment Advisory Service. We conduct Personal Independence Payment (PIP) assessments for the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP). This is for information only, to let you know that we are managing your PIP assessment. We will look at the available evidence and will contact you with an appointment if we need to arrange an assessment with you. You can find information about the service we provide at https://www.haas.maximusuk.co.uk. You do not need to contact us.

Hi @ste_r
That looks like a very standard text that gets sent out to everybody so I wouldn't worry too much about it.
Maximus is the company contracted by the DWP to carry out these assessments and experiences do vary just but many, many people have gone through their process! Hopefully some people on the community will be able to share theirs with you😊It's very difficult to say whether you will have a face to face assessment or a phone assessment but they will definitely contact you at a later date to let you know what type of assessment they will do!
