Hard days

in Everyday life

my days are hard some harder than others I am in pain everyday I’m not somebody who likes to do nothing but quite a lot of time I have a job to get out off bed and with what’s going on in the country at the moment doesn’t help one bit I’m worried that I mite not be able to pay my bills

    Hello @philcw & welcome to the forum

    Know that you're not alone, on top of coping day to day, it's hard when a change of government decides to try & make their mark, ignorant to what the fallout of even their suggestions cause. Nobody knows what the final outcome will be, but, at least, the changes won't be what they first came up with. Actions from various agencies & us have caused that. So at least something positive to hold on to.

    Best to save the worry until we all know what's what, maybe dodge news for a while. Must admit, that's what I do & anything I glean is from here (or what my sister tells me 😐️). Focus on you & getting something positive from each day, no matter how small.

    Always things might not be so bad, but equally they could always be worse.

    Sorry you've had some tough days lately @philcw. I'm sure many of us can relate to your experiences and with all that's going on in politics it can be an extra added worry that you just don't need when things are already tough.

    You're definitely not alone in how you're feeling, I hope you'll find some comfort from chatting to people who understand what it's like.
