I am currently on esa income related and I’m in a support group, I’ve received a migration letter for UC, what I want to know is will I remain in the support group when I migrate to UC

Yes, once ESA confirm your status with UC you will receive the UC equivalent (LCWRA) automatically.
Sometimes this isn't done in time for the first payment statement, especially as the number of migration letters has increased.
You will not need to give a Fit Note or have a medical assessment as a direct result of applying for UC.

can someone advise me on what will happen to the support group I’ve been placed in on esa income related when I migrate to UC as I’ve now received the migration letter, and I’m worried that I will be made to look for work where as I’m currently not expected to work again over my health and mental health conditions

LCWRA is exactly the same as ESA Support Group in terms of work commitments.
You won't have any work commitments.
Your only commitment will be to keep them informed of any changes in your personal circumstances that might affect your payment, such as over £6k of capital, an increase in your rent, moving address, or relevant changes in a relationship.
