Housing help

Hey,i was wondering if anyone would be able to give me any advice ,im currently living with a parent which i have done from birth,so im down as a tenant on the tency agreement, due to falling out , i feel I need to move out i have minor disabilities ,but not sure whwerebinwould stand any advice would be much appreciated tia

You could also reach out to Shelter for some advice and support here - Shelter - The housing and homelessness charity - Shelter England

And obvious reply, I know, but have you contacted the housing department of your local council? That's all I did in 2009 when I moved out of the marital home.
I was initially housed with a housing association, I seem to remember that you were also visible to all housing associations, not just the council.
I have been with Angus council since 2013, and it's great.
It is very daunting for you, i'm sure, but gaining your independence will be worth it.
