I am in care after being sectioned for a week. They won't let me clean myself or cook they won't let me have a lawyer or clean my bungalow they won't let me go home they said i have a mental impairment but they never tested me. They won't let me get a replacement driving licence. Amazon won't let me sign in and tsb won't unfreeze my bank card or fix my account. They won't let me sleep as they are constantly checking on me 24/7.

Hi @Charlotte223 I'm really sorry, that's a lot and it sounds very overwhelming for you. I'm going to send you an email in a moment, please keep an eye out for it.

Hi @Charlotte223, sorry to hear this is happening to you, that sounds really upsetting. Have you been given access to an Independent Mental Health Advocate (IMHA) or and Independent Mental Capacity Advocate (IMCA)? That could be worth asking about as they may be able to look into things and make your views known.
Do you have any friends or family you can ask to help support you and find out what's going on?
I hope you can find some answers soon.
