    Haricot beans, tinned tomatoes, and a baked potato. Then an apple, a pear, and 2 mugs of tea.

    im having for my tea a hand made pork pie ,garlic cheese .tomatoes ,pickle onions ,nice can of coke. looking forward to it as a special treat. ,

    not been eating to good with my bad head but things seem good i hope u all having sothing nice as well and enjoy it my God bless u all 😀
