How are you meant to apply for an advance when just says still checking your entitled etc. . I thought migrating was meant to be easy I’m worried that I won’t have enough for my bills I have a lot outgoing . I thought once they verified me which have it would go straight on the system ? Obviously not . 😩

Hi @tracies1996, fingers crossed they get it all verified soon, that must be worrying.
If you need some help financially, sometimes local councils can give out support grants for things like bills. It's well worth checking with your council to see if they might be able to help.
