I go out like a light, one of the few things i'm good at. Just looking at my tablet for a bit first.

@Mamabear77, 40 years of it,no help from gp,not remotely interested, I am a basket case because it it,I've had a particularly bad time this month of insomnia.
It can be a factor in Non alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) which i now how.
I'm exhausted, fatigued, cranky. And its hard enough for those with no particular health conditions to contend with but ive so bl**dy many on top of it too.
You've my sympathy, ive never got used to it,it impacts on my life too harshly. I have trouble dropping off and if i do eventually i'm awake so many times overnight and only get v quick naps or else solid staring at the ceiling nonsense.

I have trouble sleeping very hard to get help the doctor don’t like give sleep pills and have suggestions of cognitive therapy to help with insomnia I try some antidepressants that supposedly help but my brain always active at night make hard to sleep

Years of not sleeping until 6 months ago my psychologist made me see my GP … won't prescribe me anything addictive because of past drug addictions. Gave me Melatonin and it's a godsend. Waking up is the issue now 😁

yes people don’t get it till they have problems them selves it is hard to sleep try everything

same for me don’t sleep for ages although don’t sleep in day because makes it worse at night sorry your have similar issues
