I go out like a light, one of the few things i'm good at. Just looking at my tablet for a bit first.

@Mamabear77, 40 years of it,no help from gp,not remotely interested, I am a basket case because it it,I've had a particularly bad time this month of insomnia.
It can be a factor in Non alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) which i now how.
I'm exhausted, fatigued, cranky. And its hard enough for those with no particular health conditions to contend with but ive so bl**dy many on top of it too.
You've my sympathy, ive never got used to it,it impacts on my life too harshly. I have trouble dropping off and if i do eventually i'm awake so many times overnight and only get v quick naps or else solid staring at the ceiling nonsense.
