Hi, my name is stuk1412!

Hi, I was awarded enhanced mobility on adp. I received the decision 2 weeks ago. When I claimed for adp in November I was in receipt of ESA. I moved from esa to uc in June. By moving to uc have I now lost all the severe disability premium I would have gotten from november to June in esa. Also will I still get transitional protection on my uc claim and will I get a rise in my uc?. Thanks in Advance

To qualify for SDP under ESA, your ADP award needs to be Daily Living.
Just Enhanced Mobility doesn't count I'm afraid.

It actually is daily living sorry u got it wrong. I get anxiety when I try to use a phone so just put things off so have still to apply for any dackdated payment I may be entitled to. Having looked at things on Google I believe I am entitled to sdp from November 12th (date I claimed adp)through my esa claim eve though I migrated to uc in may. I will get to phoning esa and claiming sdp from November to May. What I now query is what I am entitled to from may up to now. I believe if in receipt of sdp when u migrate you get transitional protection meaning you do not get any less than you where already in receipt of. With my situation a bit different though I have no idea what I may get. Will push through the anxiety and call on Monday. Thank you all
