Dla go pip

My son is moving from dla to pip. He is 16 he had his assessment a few days ago . I asked them to record the telephone appointment so thd assessor could not falsifying her report I realised during the call the assessor asked me the same questions but in a different way. I wondered if anyone could advise me on why they my do this because I felt that I was being cross examined and that made my anxiety worse and triggered me. Thank you for reading.:)
