Hi @kazza1012, welcome to the community ☺️ I'm sure there's a few members who live with complex PTSD around. I hope they'll find your post soon.
How have you found it? Have you found any therapies or treatments that work well for you?

unfortunately iv suffered unknowingly from this since around 2015 to which is only just come to highlight now with complex ptsd and last year it was stated just ptsd but im awaiting more CBT I had few sessions of CBT last year but was limited to 12 sessions then u av to take a 3minth break before started the CBT again but nope iv had to get thru and try understand it all by myself I had my first outburst in 2015 with it I was given aripiprazole to which iv just been left to take since 2015 with no reviews or out badly commented remarks from my go like one said I need a miracle to be normalised again another stated it’s too late for me to begin a recovery process all not helpful but I wot can I do

That sounds really tough @kazza1012, mental health services are so over stretched and it can be hard to get proper treatment for things these days.
Those comments about being normalised and it being too late aren't very helpful either, sorry you had to listen to that. I'm by no means a mental health professional but I'm a firm believer that it's never too late to address the tough stuff and try to find the best way to live with what you've been through. It's not easy though, especially if there isn't much help available out there 💛
