Hi

I'm just wondering if anyone can help & answer this question. I've applied for lcwra filled out a form UC50 last year July 2024. But its been a year now and they haven't responded. What do I do? I'm on pip also & I'm sooo upset they have just ignored me hanging. Also if I do get the lcwra, will it affect my pip?

I appreciate your help many thanks..

If you are awarded LCWRA there will be no impact on your PIP.

You can enquire with the health assessment provider about the waiting time for an assessment, and make a formal complaint if you wish to do so.

    https://www.gov.uk/guidance/find-your-health-assessment-provider

Unfortunately some people are experiencing long waits for WCA's.

Thank you kim. I know it's changing & it's called health element don't know what year that is coming into play. So people automatically receive lcwra if on pip already. I'm feeling sooo stressed out I have waited so long for lwcra assessment and actually panicking abt not scoring the points for lcwra.. I'm.still recovering from the last pip process & up for a review next year for pip. I'm finding it all too much. Sleepless nights worrying all the time its soo wrong 😞 😪 that you have to go through another assessment with lcwra.
