Hello I have a biographical phone call booked very soon and its length is 35 minutes, is this normal? It seems like an awful long time to ask me questions, I’m so anxious about it.

I had one - it lasted about 15 mins. As well as verifying my identity he set up alternative payment arrangements and told me I could have an advance if I wanted and how to access this. I could ask any questions. He did phone early but asked if it was ok to continue or if I wanted him to call back. Incidentally, it wasn’t the named person my journal said was calling and I questioned him on this but he was part of the named person’s team!
