I’m exactly the same, shunned my family ten years ago, had my life destroyed by my ex wife in 2023 and locked out all my friends this year. I just stay locked away in my flat, don’t go out unless it’s for the quacks. I’m just resigned to the darkness, let it envelop me and close out the world.
