I just had the migration letter for UC and has to be done by Nov 7th. My daughter gets pip and has applied for a student loan, will this effect my money and do I need to mention it when I migrate. At the moment she works and gets pip but will give work up apart from one day. Esa do know she has pip when she moved back in with me a few years ago.

Hey @Andi66 I'm afraid I'm not 100% on the answers here when it comes to dependents and non dependents I'm afraid, though I believe a student loan counts as income for your daughter, but I'm unsure how that would affect your move to UC. Hopefully someone with a better grasp of UC can shed some light on this soon for you.
