Reasonable adjustment for pip f2f

Ok so I have a question.
As the government wants more face to face assessments for pip.(Cringe)
You can ask for an adjustment if you state why ,for example, you suffer from anxiety and panic attacks, rarely leave your home etc, and they agree to a phone call instead, would they not use against you the fact you can see a dietation, a physiotherapist, psychologist, consultant etc face to face? Even if its only every 6 mths or so? I dont ,my consultant phones me for that very reason. I've big problems with f2f. Any information most appreciated. Tia.

Yes, if you can get to other appointments regularly then they will want to know why you can't get to a PIP assessment. But if you have those other appointments by telephone then I'm not really sure what the question is here?

The question is do they hold it against you if you go to hospital appointments?? So yeah that was the question.
So in other words let your health decline dont go and they'll have you for that too.
Epic.
