Anyone else not recieved their ESA today?

Help - anyone wih the same issue today?

I have checked with my bank and they show absolutely no pending payment to me today. I have had it like clockwork for the last year (support group, cont -based).

Last few weeks they deducted a DMP debt from my account (despite FOUR calls to them and they all said they had stopped and refunded, took the last call to a manager to sort – this was 10 days ago though!), finally got the refund last week, so I know they have my bank details the same, and they sent a confirmation letter that this will no longer happen on the 5th August.

Now - absolutely nothing! I am a little worked as PIP is not showing as pending for tomorrow either bank say (CHASE - no issues their end). Theu said they usually get a pending notification from the DWP 3 working days before the payment as its a BACS. Its one-week until the bank hol - so there should not be an issue. No letters, no calls - nothing!

I have no money – no food and a child at home. No other benefits bar PIP and that is not showing up either. Freaking out! It is normally in a few minuets after midnight.

    My ESA was paid as normal today.

    Even though it's normally in just after midnight, it can arrive any time up until 11:59pm.

    You can call ESA today but they might say it's not overdue until tomorrow and won't be able to send a faster payment until then.

    The same advice applies to PIP.

    Or a mistake might be seen on the system and they can issue a faster payment which should arrive within a few hours.
