  Hi @Kirky10015, welcome to the community. Onmylonesome is correct here, you'd just need to ring the PIP enquiry line and they should be able to send a certificate of entitlement out for you. The details are on this page:

  Is there a way to get this letter online rather than phoning? I'm sure I've seen it linked on here before but can't find it now.
