Pip face to face appointment

Hi there, just wondering if someone can give me some advice please. I have been on pip for the last few years due to poor physical and mental health. I got my review form a couple of months ago, which I filled in and returned and I have just recieved a txt this morning saying I have a face to face appointment next month but in a completely different town. The txt message has engulfed me with pure anxiety. I very rarely leave the house as it and struggle badly with public transport so i just find it easy to stay at home. The appointment is at 9am as well . I am worried sick as there is no way i can get there. Can i request a telephone appointment? Any advice would be grateful
