help with pip review

Can anyone help me with this question on the PIP review form: "Please tell us why and when these needs began."
Should I keep this really simple and just state what conditions I have (e.g., I have arthritis and depression), or do I need to go into more detail about my conditions?
I ask this because there is only a small space to write, and I could easily need a whole page if I were to go into detail about all my conditions.

Hi @darrel22, Often the advice for these review forms is to still add in as much detail as possible. Writing some real life examples of how your conditions affect your ability to do the activities in question can be helpful. Many people try to treat it as if it were a first claim just in case.
If you need extra space to write, you can attach more pages with information on them. Just make sure you label the pages with your name and details as well as which question you're replying to ☺️

When I submitted mine I went into a lot of detail and I added several extra pages.
