ENERGY SUPPLIER

Hi All.
Hope your all doing ok ?
Advise need .
Some time ago I had assistance from the disibility energy from scope.
But this was not helpful at all.
I am forever experiencing problems with the current supplier that I have been with since 2007 to date.
Some time ago they decided to bill all customers on a monthly basis this is where the problems arose.
Since then it has caused me lots of problems.
They seem to be billing me twice a month .
Previously I had told them to rectify this and not to send me any correspondence via post .
I am already subscribed to email.
I'm on the priirty service and have been told that they do not have meter readers out any more and have pressured me to having a smart meter in.
To make matters worse my credit rating has gone down .
This has caused me great anxiety .
I am more anxious now since social services have installed a panic alarm .
I've no idea how much this will cost.
I would much prefer quarterly billing
Many thanks

Credit rating is basically a made up number, I wouldn't worry about that at all unless you plan to take out lots of credit.

Why do you prefer quarterly billing?
Have you looked into switching supplier?
You can use EDF's complaint process, if you are unhappy with their response or they don't respond within 8 weeks, you can then go to the Ombudsman.
There are advice agencies that can help.

If you aren't satisfied with the complaints outcome you can go to the Ombudsman, Ofgem.

Don't know of any other suppliers offer quarterly bills now though.
