Medical assessment after 2 phone calls?
Hi
I had my initial ‘paper based’ phone call at beginning of Aug and then a follow up call two weeks later for more info. I’ve just called the health provider today to chase and they’ve asked me to do a medical assessment. Why is this? I’ve already answered all the questions twice, I’m unclear as to why I need to go over it again.

It sounds like they haven't been able to get enough information from the paper based assessment, so you now need a full assessment. This can happen.
Expect a full assessment to be much more comprehensive.

I see Kimi has already answered your question so I will just leave a link to some information on the PIP medical assessment which I hope will be helpful so you know what to expect😊
It's lovely to have you here on the community and I hope you find it to be a safe and supportive space!0
