ESA to UC migration and New Style ESA
Hello,
I will have a phone interview to migrate from ESA to New Style ESA. They wrote me that I need to take a record of actions in order to get new Style ESA. What they mean for record of actions?
Thanks

Hi,
I've never heard of a 'record of actions' and have seen a lot of migrations now. Are you sure that's what they said?

This is what they wrote:
The telephone appointment booked for you is to have a conversation with a Work Coach to see if Universal Credit can offer you any support moving forward. At the telephone interview you will need to agree & accept a claimant commitment, which is a record of actions that you need to take to continue getting New Style Employment Allowance, it will not include any work-related activities
