Hi I was receiving carers element on our joint claim. My partner is recieves state pension which is deducted from uc claim. Then I was awarded lcwra but they wiped that out and took the carers element away too leaving me £200 a month worse off. Is there anything I can do please?

You really need to get specialist support as it is a complex issue.
