Had my tribunal on 15th May and still no decision notice?
hello, I had a tribunal hearing for PIP on the 15th of May. It was in relation to the law change regarding social support. They told me at the end of the hearing that they were ruling in my favour and to expect a letter in a couple of weeks.
Well no such letter has arrived, so I rang the pip line and they said they haven’t gotten a copy of the decision notice. Thought great, gotta go chasing. I’ve rang hmcts and they’ve said they’ve sent an email to the judge and that I just have to wait?
Is that really all I can do? It seems a little bit ridiculous at this point considering I was supposed to get a letter like 2 months ago. I’m waiting on that decision notice so DWP can process my backpay and it’s stressing me out not knowing what’s going on.
Does anyone have any advice? Or do I just have to wait and hope they get to it eventually?

Hi @chloeanne sorry you've not heard back about this. I believe this should take around 8 weeks so I'm hopeful that by now you've had this implemented and paid?
