Work capability assessment - MR.
Hello, I need to ask for a mandatory reconsideration of my work capability assessment. In short, I have a long-standing physical health condition, but they failed to consider the impacts of the daily pain relief medication (morphine) I take, and how that affects my ability to work (I did explain this during telephone assessment). I didn't even get LCW - they said I'm fit to work. Can anyone point me in the direction of some online resources to help support my MR request please? Thanks.

HI @MrBrightside sorry to hear they didn't even give you LCW. The best thing to do with a MR is doing it in writing, do not ask for it over the phone, as the call centre staff may write things down wrong. You need to focus on which descriptor applies to your disability and show why you should have LCWRA. We've got some information here which may be of use?
