Hi just wondering if any one can help
My daughter is 18 and just recently accepted a job contracted to 21 hours a week butwill be doing roughly 28 every week will this have an impact on my uc? I currently get standard allowance for single housingi element and lcwra would my daughters earning have any impact on my uc thank you

No impact on your UC.
Once she is 21 a non dependant deduction will be made from your Housing Element, unless you are on Daily Living PIP at that time, in which case you will be exempt from that deduction.

That's great also how would this have an effect on my council tax at all i currently get 25% single council tax reduction and get council tax support wihitch is £23 a month

The single person discount will end.
Council Tax Reduction (what you call Council Tax Support) is decided on at a local level and each local authority has different rules. Meaning it's very hard to advise on individual cases from here.
