my 18 year old son has decided on taking a gap year and resit his A levels. He is no longer a full time student and will look for part time work. If he find a job will he be responsible to pay all of my rent??
I am in receipt of UC and housing element and PIP low rate without mobility. I pay council tax for is both as i no longer get single person reduction.

No, non dependant deductions to Housing Element are only made for non dependants aged over 21.
If you still get PIP Daily Living when he is 21, then you will be excluded from that deduction.
