Check and confirm details to-do

I migrated to UC 3 months ago and today I got a message to sign in to my journal. It filled me with dread but looked and they’d set up a to-do to check and confirm my details. Everything is the same as when I claimed except the amount in my bank account does vary day by day obviously. I updated that with the amount I have today and confirmed the rest.
Is this a normal thing? It’s made me really anxious and worried

I've been on UC since March 2023.
In July this year I was asked to update my contact details- they hadn't changed so I just put the same information down again.
