Hi can anyone help me out please,
I'm just wondering if when claiming either lcwra or lcw is the work allowance also added to your uc,
So if your able to work can you earn a certain amount of wages before UC make decisions
Thanks

Yes if you have LCW or LCWRA then a work allowance is added to your claim.
You (or partner) can earn £411 if claiming Housing Element, £684 if not, before UC start the standard deduction of £0.55 for every pound earned.
