    I'm currently on p.i.p and d.l.a. so when d.l.a migrates to p.i.p will my p.i.p stay the same and il lose my d.l.a money or will.my p.i.p payments go up

    Hi,

    Can I ask how you're getting both PIP & DLA?

    As far as I'm aware, PIP completely replaced DLA so they can't be claimed together. I am happy to be educated if there is a way of claiming both though.

    @OverlyAnxious hello!! No you cannot be on both. I think @whalladz28_ said they were migrating (being moved) from dla to pip. I hope this helps.

    @Bellaboo1st Hi - I agree no-one can be claiming and receiving both DLA and PIP.

    However, I read the post in the same way as @OverlyAnxious in that the OP is currently on both DLA and PIP and was questioning when DLA migrates to PIP whether their PIP payment would increase or remain as it is currently.

    I'm thinking perhaps @whalladz28_ is confusing benefits saying DLA when they mean ESA?
