Carers Allowance

Advice Please
I'm a full time carer for my brother who get Full Pip for about 3 years now.
We've been plodding along, usual struggles with life like anybody. My bank the Nationwide decide to freeze my account out the blue which triggered a bounce back of my allowance. I sorted that out within 24hrs contacted Carers who said they would reissue the payment. I've been phoning every three days now for 3.5 weeks just to be told it takes time to be reissued and it's marked as urgent etc they seem to have a hive mentality and just repeat the same script, word for word every time I call. I'm now worried as I'd be due a payment Monday. I know to many its not a huge amount but its what pays for utilities and transport cost for us and his hospital visits.
I was hoping for help, advice, phone numbers .. anything really that might help or point me in the right direction?
Thank you

Unfortunately they are probably reading from a script.
Phone again Monday and ask to make a formal complaint.
Your MP may also be able to assist.

I can’t even get them to let me speak to a manager. I get you’ve been moved to urgent and if I try to explain more etc they then put the phone down.
They’re fast to take it away but return it is unbelievably slow.0
