Anyone been through a Carers' Allowance Overpayment First Tier Tribunal to appeal massive bill?

Ours has just been scheduled for late August and we have no idea whatsoever (apart from the short paragraph of standard info, which doesn't tell us much) how it works, what happens on the day, how to prepare, etc.
It would be so helpful to be able to talk to someone who's been through it for their experiences and thoughts.

Hi @guy I'm so sorry you didn't receive any advice on this prior to when your tribunal was scheduled. Did it go ok? I'm hopeful you were able to gain some support prior.
