Hi @shelby40, which parts are you finding the most confusing?
From what I can understand, the report recommends that you fall under the 12d descriptor and gives the explanation for why they think this rather than the lower or higher descriptors.
There are some complicated abbreviations there. Does PA match up with your condition?
FE looks like it may be Further Evidence.
I think HOC is History of Conditions.
SOH might be Statement of Health perhaps, or Social and Occupational History? FH might be Functional History. I'm afraid I'm not too sure on those ones but maybe one of our other members might know! OT is Occupational Therapy.
Hope that's a little bit helpful, let me know if there's other things that are confusing and hopefully we can help decipher them! ☺️

PA is psoriatic arthritis, and I don’t have a OT even though I’ve been saying about my condition I’m under a rheumatologist,I’m just no good with anything like this as I don’t really understand it all it very over whelming when reading it all,so based on that what’s scores as in point wise,I’ve received the report today and it’s all just been alot to read and take in as I don’t know where to look for the scores feeling very anxious

It can be pretty confusing and overwhelming @shelby40, but hopefully we can help! There's a guide to all the points for each section here:
From your report, it looks like they are recommending you receive 10 points in your Moving Around section.
This may not be the final decision as it will be passed to the decision maker, but that's what the assessor is recommending they give you.

Looking at the whole report looks like 13 points for daily and 10 points then for moving about, but then I may not get anything at all or more depends on the decision maker am I right x

@shelby40 The decision makers often go with the report, but they can sometimes change things so it's not always easy to know what the final decision might be. Hopefully not too different though.
If the decision is that you receive those points suggested in the report, that should mean you'll receive Enhanced Daily Living rate and Standard Mobility Rate. But if you're not happy with that, you can challenge it with a mandatory reconsideration. There's some advice about benefits appeals on the Scope website if that's helpful:

6 weeks is an average @shelby40 it took a few months before I heard anything back. SO just try to keep your mind on other things until they get back in touch.
