ESA to Universal Credit migration problem
Hello. I submitted my ESA to Universal Credit migration claim today, with the Job Centre saying they'll contact me in two or three days to verify my identity. However, I made a mistake in the health section of the form. Due to the worry of the whole transition process, I forgot that I read a few weeks ago that the "treatments" section also relates to medication, and I didn't list the pills I am taking. I sent a message on my Universal Credit account, telling them about me forgetting to state my medications. I'm very worried that I have invalidated my claim.

No you haven't invalidated your claim.
The UC application process is built in such a way that all claims are treated as brand new claims.
You are a transfer and your previous ESA status will give the equivalent element of UC automatically once ESA confirm things with UC.
So a minor mistake in your health condition really doesn't matter.

Thank you very much for replying. I had help to fill in the form from my mum (who is also my appointee) and her friend. Like I said, it must have been all the stress about changing to Universal Credit (thinking there might be complications) and the DWP not explicitly stating that medications also come under the heading of "treatments", hence the worry about omitting medication information not giving them an accurate picture of my mental health circumstances. You have helped to calm me down a bit.
