First time in almost 6 months - that I've felt cold

I have worn shorts and a tee shirt, every day since March - today I 've got a sweatshirt on - it feels like we may be in for a cold winterโ€ฆโ€ฆ..

It's warm enough in the sun here but as soon as it goes in it's pretty nippy. I put thick socks on for the first time this morning! Considered a hot water bottle but we're not quite there yet ๐Ÿ˜

Was 9C when I was out with Gus, had very cold hands and feet. Last year, my mum casually told me there is Raynaud Syndrome in our family; both she and her dad have/had it. I don't suppose that will help!

Chilly the last few mornings and evenings, but still sunny and a bit too warm (inside at least) during the day. Will have to start wearing a jumper in the mornings and evenings by the end of this week I think.

I'm up north. There's a glimpse of blue sky but it's cold ๐Ÿฅถ I'm wearing a huge cardigan I haven't worn since March.

I lived through the 1963 winter ( I was very young)now that was snow. I remember it well because my brother built me an igloo in the garden, a real one that lasted for months. I also remember the floods after the thaw. We lived on a steep hill and the flood water came through the houses. Fun when you are young, not so fun for my parents.

For many, many months now I've not worn a top when I'm at home, but for the first time last night I had to wear a T-shirt at home and even then I still felt a bit cold.

That was a tad cold, Chris! Get ya woolly hat, socks & gloves out. โ›„๏ธ

I have Raynaud's, it's not good & have just got my compression gloves out & ready, when Big Bertha returns, they will be my companions for a good few months (woolly gloves too) & in the flat as well. Get some & see how you go with them. If you buy from Temu, they have them that work well.

My feet are totally numb, so don't need socks, but you can actually buy Reynaud's socks that have silver in them. Stay warm!
