Help me take correct course to claim entitlement
I get confused with dwp payments at the best of times but this is a mess, what should I do? OK so I claimed adp in November, at the time I was in receipt of esa[support group). I then got a migration to uc letter in May so did as meant to. I was informed that I was awarded daily living enhanced in July(from 12th November) not sure what else I was now entitled to but was almost certain there was something. The fact I suffer severe anxiety when trying to attend basic things and use the telephone had me saying to myself I will get it automatically. When I never after 5 or 6 weeks I started looking into it and believe I may be able to claim sdp from November to May(still not phoned) . Anything after that I am not sure. Would be surprised if still able to get transitional protection buy nor sure. Also since moving to uc I have been getting lcw but I believe I should be getting around 265 pound a month more as I was in esa support group and therfor should automatically get lcwra. For this I did phone yesterday and put in a mandatory reconsideration but not sure if that was best. Advice on best course of action would be appreciated. Thamks

Hi, I migrated from esa supported group to UC. I got LCWRA & you should also. Write in your journal that you should have regulation 19 which is LCWRA. I get £802 every month. I see you put in MR so wait to see what happens with that. Good luck. I wonder was your rent paid while you migrated, mine was not & i ended up in rent arrears! I went through a horrendous time while migrating, not having money for weeks & no rent paid!

Yes you should be able to do a retrospective claim for SDP, if awarded your UC award would then be adjusted to include Transitional Protection from your first UC payment.
You'd need to contact ESA to start this process.
If you need help:
Also yes you did the correct thing letting them know you were wrongly awarded LCW instead of LCWRA.
