Facial wipes for limited hand use

Hi all!
I have nerve issues which affects my arms and hands (both now sadly) and they can randomly decide to not work together when I need them to, like to wash my face.
I have terrible dry skin on my face which cracks and bleeds; I moisturise as much as I can but it needs cleansing. I’ve been using baby wipes, but this isn’t doing the job.

I tried a few different make up wipes, they didn’t agree with my skin (I don’t have eczema but just weird combination skin).
I can’t use cotton wool pads / balls because the idea of touching them makes me almost vomit (can’t stand the feel) it’s really weird!

Does anybody have any recommendations for wipes which may be good to actually cleanse the face which I could do one handed when my other is playing up and doesn’t need rinsing?

Thank you <3

Lidl do a fragrance free etc wipes, about 50p a packet - I use them and find they are fine with my very sensitive skin. Do not put any wipes down toilet please even if they say they are flushable - PLEASE put in the rubbish bins, wipes are the cause of most of the sewer blockages.

ooo thank you for your reply; I really should have added.
I don’t leave my home as I struggle to move about and don’t go in my own, so I have to order shopping in. If it’s stuff I could order online that would be amazing as I don’t have a huge support network.
I always buy as much biodegradable as possible and where I can’t it goes into the waste bin, never flush <3

I use Water Wipes, they're kind to skin. I hope you find something that helps.

I always use Simple wipes, with one hand.

You can get a small pack of 7 which would be ideal as a trial to see if they suit your skin, less wastage if they don't suit.

I use tea tree oil facial wipes morning & night. I get patches of scalp psoriasis around my forehead & they help with that & with the itch. I get them from Savers & they do the job, they also sell the same ones on Amazon.

Even more eco-friendly than anything single use, what about using soap bags?

They're designed for putting a bar of soap in, but you can also put them on your hand like a glove. It might be useful if you have limited movement, because as well as not needing to hold it, it covers the front and back of your hand not just the palm - so less need to twist your arms/wrists. It might mean if on a day your hands aren't co-operating as long as you can get any part of your hand to where you need to clean, it'll still work 😊
