II got a text from dap stating they have awarded me pip I got sent this text on thursdayy 11/09/2025 when will I get my backdated payment

    Hi @vsmith, you could try calling the PIP enquiry line. Sometimes they are able to give you details of your next payment.

    Relay UK (if you cannot hear or speak on the phone): 18001 then 0800 121 4433
    British Sign Language (BSL) video relay service if you’re on a computer.
    Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

    You should also receive a letter in the post with your award details over the next couple of weeks. It can vary from case to case, but some people find they get their back payments through before their award letter, so it's worth keeping an eye on your bank account just in case. ☺️

    I agree with Rosie, you can get the backdated pay before the decision letter.
