tribunal win

WWon Tribunal 27 August I won enhanced mobility 2 yr back pay my question though is if I scored 4 points in a tribunal back in 2016 question 9c overwhelming distress then had those points took away back in 2018 by a decision maker (bear in mind I then got awarded low mobility in 2020 by scoring 8 points if those points had not been took for no reason back in 2018 I would've scored enhanced ) the tribunal I've just won has gave the 9c question 4 points back to me so I'm thinking with regaining these 4 points should t I also of received 2 yr back pay on enhanced mobility as that's what would've been scored 2020 to 2022 then I qualified anyway for the enhanced mobility which I'm receiving any help would b appreciated as I don't think it's a error of law but it has to go back to tribunal judge now who awarded them back in August 27

Hey @lyndaj12 congratulations on your win, that's excellent news!
Unfortunately, because you accepted the previous result for your PIP, no extra backpay would be awarded, the tribunal would be only for this current award. I hope that makes sense?1 -
