Hello basically I have recently moved from greater manchester to cheshire west and chester. In greater manchester I had a travel pass for disabled people because I was likely to be refused a driving license due to my level of disability. I am on a waiting list to be diagnosed with autism, but i have been diagnosed with ADHD combined on a severe level that has to be medicated. I have DID which is a dissociative disorder which is triggered by my CPTSD. I have anxiety, depression, endometriosis, PCOS, pmdd and a few other problems but the main issues that effect my driving is adhd, autism and DID.

I've never even applied for a license because I know I would be dangerous its not even a question. So I rely on public transport.

Amonst applying for a disabled persons pass in cheshire west and chester there isnt the option to choose " would likely be refused a license from the dvla due to disability " its " has been refused a licence " and ive got to prove it.

They've asked for 8 points on moving around on the mobility but I only got 4. But 10 on the other question.

A letter from my adhd specialist or a charity that works with people with adhd saying why It effects my ability to drive, which im not with a team. I was diagnosed ages ago.

A supporting letter from a specialist agency or charity confirming your primary diagnosis precludes you from holding a licence to drive a motor vehicle. I dont know what this means???

Confirmation of your condition from a specialist agency or charity providing services for people with learning disabilities. Where can I find such charity?????

A completed declaration from your key worker in the assertive outreach team.????? What does this mean

Im worrying I won't get my travel pass when my family live in greater manchester its £50 on the train to get down to see them and im starting to feel somewhat alone because I cant afford to get down to them
