Hi
My partner has PIP, enhanced daily living and mobility. I am her carer. My income is very low, less than £10,000 a year but we don't qualify for UC as she owns half a house with her ex husband, which is currently part of a messy divorce. If I claim carers allowance, will she lose her PIP? I don't see the point in claiming if so, as she needs the money.

Claiming Carers Allowance won't impact her PIP.
