Hello

I had a review of my pip I was on standard care & mobility. I have just received a letter saying I am now entitled to Enhanced on care and mobility for 10yrs. They are paying me what they owe from 10th September to 7th October 2025. But it also says that they can award me Enhanced rate for both from 7th April 2025 for on going award. It aldo says that they may owe me some money. I'm a bit confused does it me that they may back date money from 7th April. Any advice be much appreciated. Thanks

    Hi @Georgia63 it sounds to me like they've awarded enhanced from the 7th April but it might be worth giving them a call to be sure.
